Consistency Is A Must

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

Thought For Today: 
Consistency should be every Christian's first duty.  If we are not consistent in our word, conduct, love, attitude, faith, and morals, we will never be what God desires us to be.   Being able to avoid backsliding or falling away from the truth requires us to maintain a spirit of consistency in our pursuit of God's things.  When we are consistent in our praise and worship of God, we will be consistent in our attendance and giving to God.  Heaven doesn't have lots of doors for you to enter through.  It only has one, and that door is Jesus. To get through that door will require you to maintain your consistency with Him and not jump in and out of this world and its ways.
